Before you order
Can individuals buy, or do you only work with dealers?
We mainly supply dealers, importers and fleet operators, but we also help individual buyers import a single vehicle. The process and paperwork are the same.
Are the vehicles new?
Yes. We export new vehicles sourced from manufacturers and authorised dealers. Some destinations require first registration in China before export; we will tell you if yours does.
What does a quote include?
An FOB quote covers the vehicle, inland transport and export clearance to the Chinese port. A CIF quote adds ocean freight and insurance to your destination port.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock vehicles are usually ready to ship in 2–4 weeks after deposit. Ocean transit then depends on your port, typically 3–7 weeks.
Can you supply left-hand and right-hand drive?
Most Chinese models are left-hand drive. Several brands build right-hand drive versions for export markets; ask us and we will check what is available.
How do I pay?
By international bank transfer (T/T): a deposit to confirm the order and the balance before the original shipping documents are released.
